Elm Room
The Elm Room is a small meeting room measuring 24’4” x 14’4” with a conference table that will comfortably seat 12. An additional 20 people
may sit around the edge of the room as well. A wall-mounted white-board is on one end of the table. The room has a sink and coffee pots
available. Restrooms are just down the hall. The Elm Room is located upstairs in the Recreation building.
Recreation Activity Room (RAR)
The Recreation Activity Room is located downstairs in the Recreation building. The 34’5” x 48’6” room was recently renovated with wood floors, a
stone gas-log fireplace, and features an operable panel wall that separates the room allowing two simultaneous functions. 13 banquet and 9 card
tables are available, along with 120 cushion chairs. There is a full, non-commercial kitchen, including sink with disposal, refrigerator/freezer,
four-burner stove with hood, single oven, microwave, coffee pots and ice maker. Roman shades adorn the windows, allowing the room to be blacked
out for the use of a projector.
Alpen Haus
Our members-only ski lodge, located at the base of Ski Beech, has 16 wooden tables that seat 4 people each, with a total occupancy of 64 people.
The room features vaulted ceiling, a stone, gas-log fireplace, and two big-screen TVs. There is a full, non-commercial kitchen, including sink
with disposal, refrigerator/freezer, four-burner stove, single oven, microwave, coffee pots and ice maker. Brown bagging alcohol is not permitted.
Restrooms are located downstairs. Please note that there is no elevator and people must be able to climb stairs to comfortably use the Alpen Haus.
Pavilion
The Pavilion is an outdoor, covered area overlooking the Club pool. The covered section of the Pavilion measures 63 feet in length and 45 feet in
width, has concrete floors and clear plastic, roll-down flaps that may be secured to protect against inclement weather. A wooden deck measuring 78
feet in length and 18 feet in width overlooks the pool. 28 banquet tables are available along with approximately 200 metal folding chairs.
Comfortably seating people at banquet tables, the Pavilion will accommodate 168 people. The kitchen at the Pavilion offers a refrigerator/freezer,
a four-burner stove and an oven. We also have a large gas grill available for use on the deck. Adjacent the Pavilion is a clay bocce ball court
and fire pit.
